Sweet N Saucy Combos
Mardi brings a few original combinations to add to your repertoire. class will begin with a few isolation patterns to challenge the mind and body. movements are carefully broken down and drilled. Mardi will also discuss how she approaches the audience and stage presence.
Goin’ Nowhere Fast
This class focuses on slow dancin’. students will brush up on slow technique and take home a couple of slow combinations, but we’ll also delve into the nuances of a piece that give it heart and keep it interesting …. using the stage, creating mood and facial details.

Home Practice Drills and Combos for the Improvisational Dancer
This workshop will give you technical formulas that you can easily do at home to improve your performance, endurance, dance conditioning and technique. Various isolation drills and technique combos to condition your ability and strength. You will receive five practice formulas, one for each day of the work week, easy to do easy to stick too and most of all FUN. Your ability as a dancer will improve within the first week of use, following this guided workshop.
*Beg-Advanced levels welcome. This workshop is not just a workout, and is created for the serious dancers. Bring a notebook for personal notes.
Floor work, backbends, Smooth layered Levels
Learn how to glide on your knees across the floor without pain, ease into standing or floorwork backbends, and easily move to and from the without glitches or discomfort, adding easy beautiful layers. Sabrina is a 500 hour Certified Yoga instructor, and a full time teacher of Stylized belly dance and Yoga in San Diego. She will be teaching from a perspective of experience and technical training. You will be carefully guided through techniques and proper posture. Those who already have exp in the techniques will be able to go further deeper without pain or fear. This is a recommended workshop for all levels.
*Please inform Sabrina of all previous injuries that might hinder your mobility in this workshop, kneepads and a yoga mat are a must to attend this workshop.
